Lovebirds | How did you two meet?
” In our first year of University we were enrolled in the same degree and she was by far
the most beautiful girl I had ever seen. All I wanted to do was meet her but could not
scrape together enough courage to do so! It took me a few months but with the help of
some friends I was able to get a letter to her and as faith would have it my lovely future
wife then became my first girlfriend as of 20/08/2006. The more we got to know each
other the more we fell in love. Even though our dreams at times resulted in us being
continents apart, we never lost that initial love that all started with a letter” -Collen
” 20 July 2013…the day I said yes to the most loving, handsome and kind hearted man I
know. Collen had planned a whole day treasure hunt where the clues and places all
involved special moments and memories that we had shared over the years. With a special
home made CD playing in my car and the GPS guiding me to all the different destinations
I was eventually led to my man who was waiting in a suit for me in the park with a selfwritten poem and on his knees he gave me the gift of forever. A day of relived memories became a day of promised memories to come.”-Lize
