Since its inception, Kiekie Photography has been at the forefront of creativity and innovation when it comes to photography. The brainchild of the fabulous Schantel van der Merwe it has gone from strength to strength and never fails to amaze with a very original twist on vintage ideas and concepts. As with Kiekie Photography the London Bag, designed by Epiphanie, is multi faceted, yet very stylish. Big enough to fit  & accommodate most 17″ laptops, iPad or tablets/eReaders, camera + attached lens, 1-2 lenses (including 70-200), flash, battery pack and wallet, extra pockets ideal for storage of keys, cell phones, memory cards, business cards, travel maps and more!

It is very cleverly crafted with extra padding to protect the expensive equipment being carried around but can also be converted into a messenger bag or regular backpack by removing any of the 4 Velcro pads (2 short, 2 long) or can be customised into just about into any position. The reason behind these gorgeous bits of glamour being available at kiekiekit is that Schantel has herself had to struggle with countless bags, which are not overly user-friendly when it comes to camera kit, and all its accoutrements. These bags are exclusively available at

It has a butter soft beige inner lining, and comes in a very fashionable burnt orange, if however burnt orange does not strike your fancy other colours are available at . For this giveaway however, glorious burnt orange is the prize piece.

It weighs a mere 4lbs, which to us here in Southern Africa converts to 2.2kg.  Size-wise the exterior comes up to 17.5″L x 6.5″W x 12″H (L 44.5cm x W16.51cm x H30.58cm) which is rather sizable. It has extra padding, is lovingly crafted from durable, waterproof synthetic leather (which should make all the PETA supporters in us happy)  top handle for easy airport maneuvering, as well as padded cross body strap for public transport and event carrying when you  need your hands free.

Two very useful slide in front pockets for notes and directions, ID cards or drivers licenses are also part of this lovingly crafted bag. A further two pockets on each side of the bag provides even more space and organisational opportunities even for the most unorganised and scatterbrained amongst us. It has a very handy back pocket that can also be converted into a travel sleeve to prevent it from falling or sliding from luggage with a handle.  It it finally finished with antique looking brass clasps.
