Lovebirds | How did you two meet?
It was a warm summer evening at the Rag Farm. The air was permeated with the sounds of Heuwels Fantasties. I was introduced to a curly-headed man with the most beautiful smile. Later a wind kicked up and all warm bodies were covered with goosebumps. The curly-haired man, without prompting, hung his coat over my shoulders and again he smiled at me. The stories about his life kept us busy for what seemed hours. After a while it was only our voices that mattered. It’s been three years and we are still just as in love, as the moon was on his own reflection, the evening at the Rag Farm.
I said Yes | How did the proposal go down?
On a family vacation in Zanzibar I was surprised with a beach dinner for two. It was the most perfect setting and the sunset was breathtaking. After dinner Erik took me to a more private room, There were flower petals everywhere and when I removed the petals from the dresser there was a wooden carved plate with the words”Marry me” carved into it. He got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife.
