This beautiful wedding was held at Oakfield Farm and consisted of simple greenery on the tables with baby’s breathe in between. The style and look was a classy, rustic feel with minimalistic décor on the tables. Ashleigh’s dress was simplistic yet elegant as ever! A simple fitted A-line dress with an embellished belt and she wore her mother’s original wedding veil which made for sentimental shots. The bridal party also consisted of a “bridesman” which made everything more fun as you can imagine.
My favorite moment of the day was the “first look” with Ash and her Dad. When I look back at the photos now during the editing process, I still get a lump in my throat on the pure emotions we managed to capture. The couple portrait session was beyond easy and effortless. This just shows once again how crucial engagement shoots are to a couple prior to their wedding day. They knew how to pose, what worked and made my life so much easier on and off camera. The tent outside the reception hall made for a great time for guests having canapés and drinks in the shade whilst listening to Will Rayz perform live. The couple also cut the cake after the ceremony as it consisted of a small cake and delicious donuts for all the guests to enjoy during our photo session.
